Born in West Fairview, PA on September 1, 1940.
He was the son of the late Dale R. Ensminger and Angeline E. (Williams) Ensminger.
Richard was a veteran of the USMC and served during Vietnam. He was also a long time member of American Legion Post 109, Mechanicsburg, PA, and the Graduate of HACC and Penn State Technical School.
All services will be private and held at the convenience of the family.
